Return and Exchange Overview
• Jewelry may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges for jewelry are permitted within 30 days of purchase.
• All watch sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging, instructions, and paperwork.

Refund Process Details
• All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Credit and Debit Cards: The refund will be credited to the same account. Processing time is approximately five (5) business days from the date of return. Most refunds appear as a credit within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
• Cash: If funds are unavailable or the refund amount exceeds $100, a refund check will be mailed from our corporate office within 21 days.
• Gift Cards: Refunds are provided as a new gift card. Gift cards cannot be returned except where required by law.
Special Scenarios
• Gift Receipts: Merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt may be returned for a gift card or exchanged for other merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Purchases made with Progressive Leasing are excluded from this option.
• Online Orders: Refunds for online orders will be credited to your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.
• Processing Times: Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days from the date of return. The timeline for the refund to appear as a credit depends on your financial institution, but most are reflected within 5–7 business days.
